Here at Dub4hire we take your privacy seriously and will only use your personal information to administer your booking and enables us to provide quotes for the services you have requested from us.

Only ‘legitimate’ information will be held on our database relating to services purchased, together with details used to create your booking

 

including: Name, Email Address, Postal Address and Phone Number. Any other unrelated information (if gathered) will be removed within 30 days of your event concluded. No card credit or debit card information will be stored on our systems.

We may contact you to notify you of any amendments that need to be made to a booking or to discuss arrangements of your booking, to resolve a dispute, to collect fees or monies owed, to send updates about our company, or as otherwise necessary to ensure your booking is a smooth transaction for all. For these purposes we may contact you via email, telephone, text messages, and postal mail.
